Do I have to pay for these services?
No! All the services offered by Link2jobs.com is free! We get paid by the advertisers and some of the job sites. We only require you to register with us, so we can store and manage your information in a secure way.
Why does the browser maximize when I load your site?
This issue has to do with the current framing technology. We use frames to fix the position of Instant Help, so users could see it whereever they are. However, using frames have adverse effect of distorting the layout when the browser size changes. Thus we determine the maximum browser size and construct our layout dynamically based on the specification.
What is Instant Help?
Instant Help is our interactive online help gizmo. It provides help on menus, features and filling out forms; ie. what do we exactly want in a form field and also explains what each section and menu does. For more information, read our Features Section.

What is AutoLogon?
AutoLogon is one of our service to make your job search easier. Most of the job sites let you apply directly when you find a job you like, provided that you have logged on to their site. AutoLogon logs you onto your registered sites, so you can search and apply without logging onto each site. It also saves you from remembering all the usernames and passwords. However, if you want, you can disable this feature from Site Manager. For more information, read our Features Section.
Why does a new window open up when I use AutoLogon?
This is part of the AutoLogon. Most sites use cookie to maintain the authentication and this requires that you open up a browser and go through the logon process. AutoLogon does this for you with the new window, so please do not close it.
Why does it take so long?
It takes a while because we query multiple sites for the search and return all the result sorted in a better way. Thus more sites you choose to search, longer it takes. We recommend about 5 sites per search.

Do I have to remember the usernames and passwords?
We save the usernames and passwords in our database and you will never have to logon because we do it for you with AutoLogon. However, it is good to keep a record.
What is Registered Sites for?
This tool is useful for people who have done some job search. One of you may have already registered with some employment sites. In that case, you can use this tool to add those sites. Doing so will enable you to update your resumes and use our autologon feature. All you have to do is to provide your logon information. Be assured that this information will be stored safely with your profile.
How does it work?
We securely send all the relevant information to the jobsite using server-side scripting technology. In a way our server is acting as a proxy for you and automatically performs all the required form filling and submitting.
Why does it take so long?
It takes a while because the server has to fill out multiple forms and retrieve the result. Furthermore, the more sites you choose, the longer it will take because the process is performed sequentially for security.
What do I sometimes get an "error"?
Our submission engine actually submit the resume in real time and returns the result. Error means that either unexpected result was returned or the site did not respond. The common causes for the error are; you already have an account under your e-mail, most sites do not allow duplicate accounts. Your resume is too long, some sites restrict the length of the resume and an error is returned when the length of your resume is longer. Finally sometimes, employment sites experience heavy server load and not not respond to our submission request in time.
What do I do if there is an error?
We provide a link for you to send us an e-mail about it. All you have to do is click on it and send. No information from you is necessary. After receiving such request, our technical staffs will investigate and try to help you with the problem.

Agents are pre-defined tools, which could save you from searching over and over again. Most of the employment sites offer this option.
